Nutrition is about everything that we put into our mouth and how this supports our body systems. However, our body is also impacted by other factors, like what we use on our skin, what goes into our lungs and what can enter our system from our orifices. Therefore, when we look at nutrition we cannot just think that a standard "off the shelf" diet or a slimming group approach will work for everyone in the same way. We are all different and we all react differently to our environment and what goes on in and around us.

What do I do?
As a naturopath, I take a holistic and naturopathic approach and work on
balancing health and wellbeing through whole foods and nutritional
supplements. I believe that food is medicine, and nutrients from food
affect physical energy and well-being. I will suggest foods and nutritional
supplements that address your health problems and help you maintain
During your assessment, I will consider the personal and social stressors in your lifestyle as well as your personal and family medical history. I will assess the eating habits that hinder your wellness, consider your exercise or mobility issues, and identify which areas of your life might help you reducing stress. This will also include assessing your face, tongue, teeth and feet following the Chinese diagnosis model. The assessment can be done face-to-face or via FaceTime or Skype.
Your Personalised Plan
I will create a full personalised plan to help you meet your wellness goals, which can include general health, improved energy, weight loss and disease management. In line with naturopathy, my health plans address your physical, mental and spiritual health. I will monitor your progress on a weekly basis via email or text message and make necessary adjustments and improvements to your plan.

Coaching sessions are to help you achieve your goals and can be booked on a monthly basis or as and when you need one. Some people might only need one, whilst other people need ongoing encouragement and support - whichever might be your approach or need , I am here to help you!
